The Custom Design Process
Step 1: Consultation
We can set up a consultation by email, by phone or in person. This is a great chance for us to collaborate on ideas and get to know you better. If you have a Pinterest board, we'd love to see it. Show us what you like and dislike, dress, color ideas and flower, the more the better. We'll work with you one-on-one to discuss your vision, idea, budget, and requested quantity.
Step 2: Estimate & Approval
We'll send you an initial quote and proposal from our consultation. To reserve our service, a 50% booking fee will be required to begin the design process.
Step 3: Mock-ups
After your booking fee is received, initial designs will be sent to you. Your proofs will be delivered digitally and you will be entitled up to three (3) rounds of revisions. Any additional rounds are an additional $25.00
Generally it takes about 1-3 weeks just to illustrate and another 1-3 weeks to finalize on the wording and content.
Step 4: Proofing
Once you’re happy with the final design, you’ll received one free hard proof by mail. Final payment is due upon approval of the hard copy proof.
Step 5: Final Approval
Please be sure that every detail is correct. Once you sign the final proof, we are not responsible for any typos or copy errors as it goes into production.
Step 6: Delivery
Your order will ship or ready for pick up within 6-12 weeks for printing and assembly depending on the wedding season or off-peak.
Off Peak Season (October – February)
Each painting is priced on complexity and size. Typically for commission painting, minimum investment starting at $100.00
