Welcome to The Paper Creation, where artistry meets paper. I’m Ching Tan, Owner and Designer, and I’m thrilled to help bring your vision to life!
My journey into the world of design began at Eastern Michigan University, where I earned my degree in graphic design. Post-graduation, I found myself working as a graphic designer for automotive companies, creating banners and tradeshow booths.
But it was when I was planning my own wedding that I discovered my true passion.
In the sea of templates, I yearned for something unique, something that truly captured my vision. This struggle led me to create my own wedding invitations, and in doing so, I found my calling. I realized that there were others like me, seeking unique, customized, and artful invitations, and thus, The Paper Creation was born.
What sets me apart in this field is not just my design skills, but my comprehensive understanding of the process.
With a strong background in Adobe software and experience working with big printing companies, I know the ins and outs of creating the perfect designs. This expertise allows me to ensure that every design is not only beautiful but also seamlessly executable.
As a Capricorn, I bring patience and the ability to handle pressure to my work. Communication and professionalism are my strong suits, and I believe in keeping the lines of communication open at all times. This approach has served me well in my journey and is a value I hold dear.
And while I’m passionate about paper creations, I also have a knack for floral design. When I’m not designing invitations, you can find me creating amazing and show-stopping floral designs for weddings. It’s just another way I bring beauty and creativity to life.
